RCIC Brewing & Latte Art Competition 2026
As part of the Regional Coffee Innovation Center (RCIC) celebration of its First Anniversary, We proudly presents the Brewing & Latte Art Competition, a landmark event that highlights creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation in coffee.
Happening on February 20, 2026, at the RCIC Grounds, this competition brings together baristas, coffee enthusiasts, students, and industry practitioners to showcase their skills in coffee brewing and latte art—two core competencies that define quality, precision, and artistry in the specialty coffee value chain.
The Brewing & Latte Art Competition reflects RCIC’s commitment to advancing coffee quality standards, nurturing barista professionalism, and strengthening the local and regional coffee innovation ecosystem. Participants will demonstrate technical proficiency, sensory awareness, and creative expression, while audiences gain deeper appreciation of coffee as both a science and an art.
To recognize excellence and outstanding performance, winning participants will receive the following cash prizes:
- Champion – ₱5,000
- 1st Runner-Up – ₱3,000
- 2nd Runner-Up – ₱2,000
As RCIC marks its first year of service, this anniversary highlight symbolizes a journey of collaboration, innovation, and impact—reinforcing RCIC’s vision of fostering a sustainable and inclusive coffee ecosystem and elevating Philippine coffee toward global excellence.
